I'm not going to use an auto conversion engine unless one shows up with a very good history and a straight forward install kit for the RV-7. I don't want to spend a lot of time designing and building special stuff for the plane to get the engine to run. I want to get it built, I want it to be safe and I want it to fly and sooner is better than later. This means NO structural changes either. I may get a little creative in the cockpit with things like the light dimmers and trim control but I am pretty comfortable with electronics and these aren't flight critical systems. Primer Paint |
